Feeding Preschoolers: Nutrition for Growth and Development

This course will cover developmental milestones and how they relate to self-feeding, preschooler nutrient needs, meal patterns, and common meal time concerns.

Feeding preschoolers nutritious foods plays a very important role in growth and development, while also helping young children establish healthy eating habits.
